TCC-45 EF3 Cutting Machine with In-line endforming
The TCC-45 EF3 is a heavy duty chipless tube cutting station with integrated hydraulic endforming.
TCC-45 EF3 has been designed for automatic chipless rotary cutting, grooving and endforming. All three operations are made simultaneously. This eliminates tube handling from cut-off machine to stand alone endformer. This means increased productivity, accuracy and quality. The system can be programmed for long production batch totally unmanned.
The machine is equipped with three forming stations that are cabable of forming most standard forms with one set-up of tooling: O-ring beads, flares, hose couplings, expansion, reduction, etc.
This machine can accept tubing from either straight lengths or from coil stock. The machine is equipped with a predetermining batch counter which turns the system off after a desired number of cuts.
