This variant on the H3PR allows you to bend upto 3" NB tube.

This machine provides great versatility and accuracy with the Rotary easily attached to the H3PR unit.

The main advantage of the Rotary attachment is that it enables the use of a Knife Edge Guide. This type of guide slides inside the specially machined Former and encases the whole of the tube and so supports it's shape during the bend.

This is why the Rotary can bend light or medium gauge tube as the guide supports the tube during the bend and protects the tube from surface damage.

The balanced scissor linkage converts linear ram travel into a smooth rotary bending action and due to its design. This allows you to bend tubes that are unsuitable for press-bending.

The clever design of a Pin and Strap which holds the tube to the former allows bends to be formed in close proximity and in various planes.

The H3PR Rotary is designed to bend light or medium gauge Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Copper tubes.

The H4PR 1/2" to 4" NB tube / pipe bender offers a convenient hand hydraulic bender which covers a massive range of tube and pipe sizes.
This machine will bend 1/2" to 3" NB in 'one shot' plus segment bending for between 3" to 4" NB.

The H3PR 90º hand operated pipe / tubebending machine comes complete with Formers.

The H3PR CONDUIT tubebending machine utilises the same hydraulic pump and wing head as the basic H3PR but includes special large radii formers for electrical conduit tubing.

The H3RB reverses the recognised method of ram bending. By doing so complex bends, square coils etc. impractical with the normal wing-head design can be easily produced.

H3FB - FLAT bar bending

Flat bar bending machine utilises the H3PR's wing-head. All you need is the additional forming tool and accessories.

Maximum capacity : 100 mm x 12 mm mild steel

The 8M and 12M are Beam type pipeline benders, and supplied with Electric, Diesel or petrol motors for shop or field operation.
Constructed from bolted and welded mild steel plate to give a frame of immense strength, and mounted on either castors for easy shop movement or skids for field work.

NOTE
As with all segment bending large radius or 'sweep' bends only are possible.
