Plumber's Mate - Portable COLOR Lateral Inspection
system
Newly designed the popular PLUMBER’S MATE small pipe TV inspection
system includes a separate 9" industrial COLOR monitor and
separate 4-Head VCR. This new design allows for easier component
replacement or repair. The monitor is mounted at a 20 degree angle
allowing easier viewing for the operator. The 4-head VCR allows
for a "jitter free" freeze frame allowing the operator
to better analyze any problem.
Model PM-C is a full spectrum color system which includes a miniature
color camera head measuring a mere 1.5" diameter. Coupled with
a highly sensitive CCD chip and 16 easily replaceable LED lights,
the camera is capable of providing excellent color pictures in a
small package.
Model PM-B is a high resolution black and white system, color ready,
supplied with an extremely sensitive black and white camera head,
( 0.05 lux ), capable of providing excellent black and white pictures
in low light conditions. With its built in hi-intensity LED lighting,
the camera can easily be used in 2" to 10" lines and sometimes
larger depending on pipe conditions.
Both systems, color or black & white, are supplied with a hard
cover case CCU, ( camera control unit ), case mounted wheels, telescopic
handle and tilt stand. The front panel includes system controls
for camera, lights, VCR and main power. The control unit is completely
self-contained and includes all power supplies and electronics to
operate the inspection system. A removable front cover includes
power cord and accessories such as camera sleeve / skid, circuit
analyzer and camera removal tool.
The cable reel is supplied compete with 200’ of push cable,
( other lengths available ), on a lightweight yet rugged light weight
steel frame with a noise-free slip ring assembly. The detachable,
flexible camera / gooseneck assembly allows easy repair and replacement
of that critical area just behind the camera head.
