PC Series

"Off-line" programming using a PC:
Built-in programs can be modified to a specific application.

Control of the weld cycle:
The remote control pendant enables modifications to be made during welding. The amount of operator overide is also a programmable function.

Storage - Documentation:
Programs can be stored in the memory of the power source or on 3.5" floppy disks, via a laptop PC Parameters can be registered with the help of a real time monitoring system and can be printed on any PC compatible printer. The weld cycle data can be stored and printed.

Adaptability - Maintenance:
Each welding parameter, ( AVC, Oscillation, Wire Feed, Rotation ), is controlled by one individual circuit board. These are rack mounted and easily maintained or replaced. With the Polysoude board exchange program, downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. This feature makes the PC Series machines the most serviceable equipment of their type on the market.
