In response to this, CUDA Corporation has developed a line of aqueous based conveyor washers that are compact and economical. These systems require only minimal amounts of floor space and have been engineered to fit right into the most "cell" type manufacturing environments.

FLEXIBLE OPTIONS:
From simple single stage conveyors to multiple stage machines offering wash, rinse and blow off features, CUDA Cleaning Systems are the answer to most process applications. These systems are available in stainless or mild steel construction to accommodate the process solution. Gas or electric heat are options when hot wash or rinse is needed. Programmable logic controllers or standard relay logic electrical systems are provided to customer's specifications. In short, each CUDA conveyor washer is designed and built to meet your specific cleaning requirements.

Machine Description:
The CUDA Cleaning Center is designed to function as a single operator machine, where soiled parts are loaded into the unit, quickly rotated through the cleaning cycle and returned to the operator, clean and ready for the next process. The CUDA Cleaning Center consists of a rotating "Carrousel" with four spokes upon which are mounted independent turntables. Spray shields between each turntable create four individual cleaning chambers. One chamber is always exposed to the operator for loading and unloading while the other chambers are exposed to the cleaning process prescribed for that chamber, such as wash, rinse, phosphate coating, rust inhibitor, air blow-off, etc. The CUDA Cleaning Center can effectively accomplish up to four cleaning processes efficiently and economically by reducing labor, eliminating expensive solvents and providing a cleaner finished product.
