CyberTech's Mini-Brazer MB-6 is a cost effective solution to work cell automation for short run needs when used on its own or in multiples and greatly increases quality and productivity as compared to hand torch brazing. The Mini-Brazer offers flexibility and is designed for quick change-over. Functions, ( heat, air and water cool ), are PLC controlled for easy set-up and repeatability. Either single or multiple fixtures "drop into" place and can be rotated or locked into a fixed position and torches rock or slide into position. With a flip of a switch, the torches will oscillate to improve uniform heat transfer onto the part. Various combustion systems are available depending on the heat requirements of your specific needs. By adding our unique CyberTech Wire Feed System you can braze or solder your products with higher quality results, at up to 10% of the labor and material costs of other alloy form choices. Other optional features include our optical pyrometer system for sensing optimum braze temperatures and various water recirculation systems.
