Lockout Toolbox Kit

A crucial part of any Lockout / Tagout program is to prevent worker injury by cutting the power on a piece of equipment that is being serviced.

The Lockout Tool Box has what you need to lock and mark your equipment preventing its use until repairs have been completed.

Master Lock Padlocks

High security #3 Master Padlock is an ideal size for lockout.

Rust proofed steel case: nickel plated shackle.

Locks are 1-1/2 inches wide with 9/32 inch shackle diameter.

Pair of brass keys included with each lock.

Available with six different colored bumpers to provide easy visual identification by department, ( e.g. maintenance ), or work team, ( e.g. electricians ).

Key numbers are ink stamped on the bottom of the lock for easy lock / key identification.

Standard Package: 6 locks Per Package. Also available 1 lock Per Package.

Plastic Lockout Tags

OSHA requirements for Lockout Tags are very specific, and Brady Lockout Tags have been designed to comply with every performance standard.

Tags are available in three sturdy materials: heavy duty polyester, economy polyester and single-use polyolefin.

All tags have a reinforcing brass grommet to accept most padlocks. Whether polyester or polyolefin, all tag surfaces allow employees to easily personalize tags with their name, department and estimated completion information as required by regulations.

All tags have write-on surfaces and come in packages of 25 tags.

REGULATIONS: Brady’s polyester Lockout Tags meet OSHA’s 50 Lb. pull requirement.
