Brass and aluminum tags are affixed with nickel plated brass chain, ( optional ). Also available are plastic materials suitable for indoor, outdoor or indoor / outdoor applications.

Cardstock Accident Prevention Tags

On-the-spot warning of dangerous conditions is easily accomplished with Accident Prevention Tags. These sharply printed, colorful tags are available in three durable materials. The tags include two chamfered corners and a 3/8 inch grommeted hole. Textured surface allows for authorized signature, date and other special instructions.

REGULATIONS: Conforms to OSHA specification 1910.145 for accident prevention tags. The Reusable Laminated Polyester and Economy Polyester materials meet OSHA’s 50lb pull requirement.

Polyester Accident Prevention Tags

- Heavy-Duty Polyester, ( B837 )

- Single use Polyolefin, ( B-825 )

Tags comply with OSHA Lockout Standard.

Tags feature a reinforcing brass grommet with 7/16" or 3/8" diameter to accept most padlocks.

All Tags are easily personalized by individual operators.

Stamped Brass Valve Tags

Brady offers two types of preprinted / stamped tags:
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Tags with black print on yellow background, ( white on reverse side ). Tags are 2 x 2 inches and are offered in a variety of number sequences.

Brass Valve Tags are 1-1/2 inches diameter with black filled text. Select the top line legend and number sequence for the serial sequence you need. To see a sample brass valve tag, click on the View Diagram button.

Stainless Steel Strapping & Tools

High quality type 316 Strapping is highly corrosion and heat resistant. Use with HPHV pipe markers or use to install HEET tags. Continuous form requires separate heads for uses other than HPHV pipe markers. All sizes 1/4 inch wide.
