 The
easy to handle, flexible system to be used for pipe-to-pipe and
pipe-to-tee or flange.
• The IHP Clamp is the only hydraulic clamp in the world
which, in one tool, can operate within the range of 4
different pipe sizes.
• The clamping force is 10 tonnes, ( 700 bar ), which is
40 times more than pneumatic operated internal clamps. IHP can
adjust and align pipes with wall-thickness up to 15 mm.
• The IHP clamp is the first choice for construction of
pipe-lines and the fabrication of pipe-spools in workshops as
well as on site.
• The extreme low weight makes equipment such as cranes
superfluous.
• Due to the unique construction of the IHP Clamp, welding
of the complete circumference of the pipes can be done in one
operation.
Even for large OD pipes the Internal Hydraulic Clamp is easy to
handle and offers a wide range of advantages. Compared to other
systems, by far the IHP is the most cost-efficient tool.
Optional accessories for the IHP Clamp consists of:
- Hand operated pump to expand the clamp
- Electrical pump to
expand the clamp
- Lengths of double
hydraulic hose complete with couplings stocked as a 7 meter set
- Reach Rod x 1.2 meters,
used to push and pull the clamp in and out of the pipe
- Copper Rings, depending
on weld parameter to be observed
- Purge gas unit depending
on weld parameters to be observed
