 The
CM 75 PH hose cutter has been designed to cut up all types of hoses
up to 2" diameter 4-spiral hoses. The 520 mm diameter blade
operates blade operates at 3,000 RPM. The hose is pushed against
the blade by a pneumatic cylinder. Piston movement speed can be
quickly and easily adjusted to choose optimal cutting speed for
each type of hose.
Lower speeds are used with thick hoses; thus overheating of the
blade is avoided.
The blade can be re-sharpened when necessary.
The cutter has a built in bin for the collection of cutting waste.
The blade is protected by a metal safety guard.
A connection for a fume removal system is in the design, and a fume
extractor can be installed as an optional accessory.

The
cutting machine MiniCut 5-32 is intended for service workshops with
an non-serial production of hydraulic hoses. The blade is protected
by two safety levers when not in use. These fold away when cutting
the hose. The machine is suitable for cutting hoses up to 1"
multi-spiral, and 1-1/4" two layer hose.

of hydraulic hoses. When not in use the blade is protected by two
arms. These fold away when cutting the hose, thereby achieving a
high degree of safety. A smoke evacuation system can be connected
to the machine. The machine is suitable for cutting braided hoses
up to 2" and multi-spiral hoses up to 1-1/4".
This
cutting machine is intended for service workshops with a serial production
of hydraulic hoses. The MaxiCut 5-60 is pneumatic and foot maneuvered,
( electric pedal ), which simplifies the work of the operator, in
particular when cutting large dimensioned hoses and 3 different cutting
speeds can be selected. The blade is submerged in the table and is
concealed by two flaps which open when the hose is pressed by a pneumatic
system against the blade. We have thereby achieved a high degree of
safety. To improve working conditions, the machine is equipped with
a connection for smoke evacuation system located by the blade, with
a hose connector located on the left-hand side. Waste is collected
in the chamber which can be readily emptied through a hatch in the
front. The MaxiCut 5-60 is suitable for all types of hoses up to 80
mm OD or maximum 2" x 4 layered spiral hydraulic hoses.
Our new SemiCut 4-20 is a semi-automatic cutting machine for polyamid
tubes and textile reinforced hoses. The machine is easy to operate
with it's logic control unit and LCD-display. The machine has a cutting
system complete with a pneumatic "guillotine-knife".
This cutting machine is intended for larger service workshops with
a serial production of hydraulic hoses. The SuperCut 5-75 is pneumatic
/ hydraulic manoeuvered and with a unique new Hydroscand system to
prebend the hose, which simplifies the work of the operator, in particular
when cutting large dimensioned hoses. 3 different cutting heights
can be selected. The blade is submerged in the table and is concealed

There are two versions of cutting blades, standard and toothed. Thanks
to the design of the toothed blades, we have reached maximum cutting
speed on both 4 and 6 layer hydraulic hoses. This construction gives
a better cutting surface and is suitable to all types of hoses up
to maximum of 4 to layered spiral.
