BI-METAL - VARIED PITCH

Sterling hole saws are available in bi-metal construction known for its endurance and shatterproof qualities. High hardness teeth welded to a tough backing material, coupled with varied pitch, positive rake teeth makes Sterling hole saws the first choice.
Bi-metal hole saws are designed for a wide range of applications, including metal working industries, automotive, plumbing, heating and electrical trades.
Angled knock-out slots provide for easier core removal and the hole saw design allows for complete follow through. Available in 51 different diameters 9/16" through 6". With a depth of cut of 1-1/8" on diameters 9/16" to 1-7/16", and 1-1/4" on diameters of 1-1/2" and over.

CARBIDE TIPPED

Sterling carbide-tipped hole saws are especially suited for cutting holes in materials that are too abrasive for standard, high speed edge hole saws.
They will cut fiberglass, transite, flake board and cast iron when other methods fail. Widely used in the chemical process industries and recreational products industries such as fiberglass bodies, boats, trailers, etc. Depth of cut of 1-1/8" on diameters 9/16" to 1-7/16", and 1-1/4" on diameters of 1-1/2" and over.

DEEP CUT

The Sterling line-up of deep cutting hole saws features a 1-7/8" cutting depth.
New tooth geometry features a 6/4 varied pitch with a positive rake for faster freer cutting at reduced feed pressure, providing longer tooth life. Less chatter and squeal during cutting is a result of this new tooth design.
Deep cut hole saws are available in eleven diameters, 1" to 4-1/4".
