| The "heavy-duty"
swagers of the Finn-Power line are designed to handle large jobs
with optimal swaging force, speed, and efficiency. The production
units have the most versatile control system available on the market
today. These swagers provide the most flexible changeover from serial
to single-piece production. There is a wide range of die sets available
for flexibility in swaging capabilities.
The FP models are full-scale, production units. What distinguishes
them are their larger die openings, strength, and speed. Another
feature is that these production units can accommodate small and
large assemblies. Their pass-through head design makes them ideal
for swaging elbow assemblies, flange pieces, and oddly-shaped parts.
There are two standard control options available with Finn-Power's
production units. The IS control is ideally suited for serial swaging
operations, but can also be used for single-piece manufacturing.
A computerized, user-friendly VS controller, with its programmable
feature, is ideally suited for full-scale production of multiple
parts.
For these heavy-duty units, Finn-Power offers the Quick Change Tool
and storage cabinet as standard features with all models.
A foot pedal is standard on the FP 160 and FP 165 and available
on all other production models as options.
