The Tridan Hand Fed Power Assist Hairpin Bender is designed for the production of hairpin bends from straight pre-cut lengths of copper or aluminum tubing. Upon manual feed and clamping of the tubes, the HBPA then performs the bend with the assistance of a hydraulic cylinder.

• Comes in 48, 60, 72 and 96”.
• Manual feed and clamping.
• 3 tubes, ( copper or aluminum ), at time depending on tube OD:
• 5/16” – ½” x 3 bends.
• 5/8” x 2 bends.
• ¾” x 1 bend.
