Finmaster FM-4

Using the industry's most advanced parametric solid-modeling CAD design system, Tridan has created a compact and sophisticated press design to meet the needs of both low volume coil producers as well as leading manufacturers with flexible and changing fin production needs. Low volume producers can rely on the dependability and trouble-free operation of this ruggedly built FinMaster, while ease of tooling change makes this an ideal system for high volume manufacturers to produce low run products as well as samples and models for laboratory testing.

With such features as PLC control system, free standing fin stock uncoiler and an automatic vacuum fin collector, the FinMaster can be supplied with standard tooling for virtually immediate delivery. Any special tooling designs required to meet the specifications of a specific customer product can also be engineered and manufactured in a fraction of the normal time using Tridan's parametric CAD design system.

Design improvements in the FinMaster FM-4 include increased tonnage, increased bed size, a more advanced control and more accurate ram guidance. Tooling advances include a new feed system, an improved overall design to facilitate faster changeover, and the thickness of the main die set has been increased for improved alignment and longer operating life.

Fine Line - RLB45

The Tridan Model RLB45 Fin Line has been designed with the low to medium volume producer in mind. This Fin Line can be equipped with a large variety of Fin Dies, which are used to stamp plate type fins for heat transfer coils.

• Qual-Ekon Fin Line with evaporative oil bath.
• Has 3 times the productivity of the FinMaster.
• Runs 250 strokes per minute.
• Uses 2000-pound rolls of metal.

Fin Line - RLH80

Model RLH80-50-40-1.5 is your solution for high volume manufacturing of heat exchanger plate fins as used in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Coils. This press will produce in excess of 80 tons of stamping force and will accept dies with 1, 2, and 4 hole feed progressions.

This Line also features a larger bed area, adjustable shut height, a hydraulic ram lift feature, pressure overloads and operational speeds over 300 strokes per minute.

This Fin Line has been engineered to compliment other quality Tridan presses, dies, tubing benders and tube expanders.
