bender data entry!
Automatically send data from your CAD system to Benderlink for KEINS
or CHIYODA bender.
Our Ethernet Module is cutting-edge technology, which can link a
virtually unlimited amount of benders.
Benderlink IV is Windows software that allows the electronic connection
of Chiyoda and KEINS CNC benders to measuring centers and other
computers.
The communications with tube measuring centers is automatic. The
only intervention required by the user in Benderlink IV is to select
the Chiyoda or KEINS channel with which the tube measuring center
is to communicate, ( Chiyoda and KEINS benders have 20 channels
in memory, each of which can hold a single part ).
Another important function of Benderlink IV is that it is designed
to make huge part storage of bender data very simple.

Benderlink
IV Enables Sophisticated Translation for Supravision-based and Eagle-Eaton
Leonard VECTOR-based measuring centers
Benderlink is designed to make corrections-loops between measuring
centers and KEINS or CHIYODA benders a snap. Take your part-shape
bender setup from hours down to minutes with the Benderlink system
attached to a tube measuring center. ( Note: We've documented actual
cases that prove our claim ). Attach multiple benders to the MM5000
measuring center. Attach up to 30 benders to the Eagle-Eaton Leonard
VECTOR measuring center. Benderlink also communicates with ROMER arms.
The Romer arm is a six-axis portable arm that can be fitted with a
non-contact probe specifically designed for tube measuring. Benderlink
also communicates with ADDISON ADDATA arms. |
Additional
Benderlink IV Features
• Connect to KEINS and CHIYODA benders through an existing
Ethernet network using the Benderlink Ethernet Module.
• Communicates even with the older Chiyoda MQ41 controls, (
...and much faster than before: Benderlink IV streamlines the communication
to speed communication with the older control by about 50% over older
versions of Benderlink )! • Copy data from any of the three
bender types to any other type supported: KEINS, TOUCH-SCREEN CHIYODA,
MQ41 CHIYODA. • Super-sophisticated translation logic allows
MQ41 operators to insert extra rows of avoidance moves in the FPB
data without confusing measuring centers in corrections-loops. Data
is correctly re-translated when sent to the bender so that the special
avoidance moves are not disturbed.
• Storage of entire bender BLOCKS is allowed, ( 20 channels
at one time ).
• This the only bender to measuring center system that automatically
handles the 180 degree bend problem when communicating with measuring
centers, ( Measuring centers cannot handle bends that approach 180
degrees ). • Benderlink IV automatically positions the carriage when
adjustments are made by the measuring center to the tube lengths.
• Edit bender data and and view tube shapes at the Benderlink
IV computer.
• Adjust the bend angles for any program with the Overbend Calculator,
( included in the Benderlink package ).
• Enter new XYZ centerline data with TubeCalc, ( included in
Benderlink package ).
• Include the Bender to XYZ calculator program. |
