For quick and effective cleaning of hoses and tubes. The system uses a foam plug which is propelled through the hose / tube by compressed air. The plugs outer diameter is approximately 20% larger than the inner diameter of the hose / tube. Plugs are available for diameters 4 - 60 mm. The standard Jetcleaner "Maxi" set is delivered with nine different hose nozzles.

The JetCleaner "Mini" effectively cleans all types of hoses and tubes with a minimum of effort and time. The system uses a foam plug which is propelled through the hose / tube by compressed air. The plugs outer diameter is approximately 20% larger than the inner diameter of the hose / tube. Hose nozzles are available from 3/16" to 1" and tube nozzles from 4 mm to 30 mm.

Hoses from 3/16" to 1"

A quick and simple system which uses compressed air to clean hoses / tubes. The tool is delivered with two rabalon plastic nozzles, one for hoses and tubes from 3/16" to 1" and the other for 1" to 2". The hose / tube is pressed against the nozzle thereby opening a valve to allow the compressed air to clean the hose / tube.

MaxiClean 5-32 is a new PLC-controlled "compact" cleaning machine for tubes and hoses. It is extremely easy to use, thanks to the PLC-system and the "quick tool" changing system. The hose is cleaned with a liquid mixed with compressed air, ( booster ), at a temperature of between +55 to 70° C, which achieves a purity level which complies to norm ISO4406 code 16/12, NAS1638 code 6 or better.
