FEATURES:
• Steel storage and carrying case, L shaped locking wrench, Hex wrench and Open end wrench for changing cutters and mandrel blades, Operation and Maintenance Manual.
• Set of locking mandrel blades for sizes within the range, housed in a small steel box with every mandrel blade set labeled individually for both Imperial and Metric sizes, for quick reference and tool change over.
• Please note: the mandrel blades are locked into the main mandrel via a machined waye, not with a setscrew.
• One 37 degree Beveling Cutter and one Facing Cutter are included. Additional Bevel, Facing, J-Prep and Counter Bore cutters are available. Call for pricing and send drawing.
• .70 HP air motor Manufactured by GBC, requiring 90 PSI and 34 to 36 CFM, ( GBC is the only End Prep Manufacturer that manufactures their own air motors ). Each GBC End Prep tool is engineered with a motor suited for its individual capacity. Clean – dry air required, 0.500 inch diameter feed.
• Idle speed of 110 RPM at the muffler. The air is controlled on the GBC at the muffler via a petcock, therefore air is never restricted entering the tool eliminating potential wear problems. Feed travel length of 1.580 inch, machine weight of 19 pounds, shipping weight of 38 pounds. Exterior grease nipple for ease of daily Maintenance.
